Our Story
At New Hope Search and Rescue, we believe in professional search and rescue practices. Our founders established the program in 2024 with the goal of creating a boots on the ground search team to find lost individuals and create a team that worked well together for the same goal. We have an agreement with Fairfax Ems for storage of equiptment and a place to do meetings and any indoor training. They have been a great support for us with out providing any type of money to us. We also have a semi sponsorship from the Addison County Sheriffs Department they help us with things that we may need help with but they also are not a financial supporter of our team.

Most of our team has a heavy presence of medical, law enforcement, or fire background, although that is not a requirement. We also have support staff to help with other functions with the team.
